Making
How is a new key made?
Depending on the car, a new key can be made and the immobilizer programmed even without the original key. We use the car lock, immobilizer data, or control unit information to cut a blade and pair it with the car security system.
- From the lock or electronic data we cut an accurate new blade.
- We pair the new key with the immobilizer so the car recognizes it and starts.
- If needed, we also pair remote or central locking functions.
- Together we verify that the key opens, starts, and the security system recognizes it.
